A Cozy San Francisco Engagement Session | Revathi & Bharat

Bharat and Revathi's engagement session was a beautiful reflection of their everyday life in San Francisco. Instead of venturing to the city's most iconic landmarks, we kept things close to home, capturing their love story in the neighborhood they cherish.

We started the session with a cozy coffee stop at Boulangerie, a local favorite known for its warm pastries and inviting atmosphere. As they sipped their drinks and shared quiet moments, I snapped away, capturing their laughter and the effortless connection they share. There’s something so special about photographing couples in spaces that mean something to them—where their love has grown in the little, everyday moments.

From there, we wandered into Golden Gate Park, where the greenery and soft light provided the perfect backdrop for both digital and film images. Shooting half on digital and half on film allowed for a mix of crisp, vibrant images and dreamy, nostalgic tones that added to the romance of the session. As we strolled through winding paths and open fields, Bharat and Revathi moved with ease, simply enjoying each other’s presence. Their chemistry made every frame feel natural and full of warmth.

What I love most about this session is how personal it felt. It wasn’t just about capturing posed portraits; it was about telling the story of who Bharat and Revathi are together in this season of their lives. Their love is quiet and strong, full of laughter and gentle touches—something that shone through in every photo.

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two. Until then, I’m grateful to have documented this sweet chapter of their journey.
