Rachel & Beko’s Sunset Engagement Session at Fort Funston

When Rachel and Beko reached out about their engagement photos, they knew they wanted somewhere coastal and quiet—somewhere that felt like them. Fort Funston was the perfect call. The cliffs, the dunes, the ocean stretching out for miles—it’s one of those magical San Francisco spots that always delivers, especially at golden hour.

We met up on a breezy evening and wandered the sandy trails with the wind in our hair and the sun slowly dipping toward the horizon. Rachel and Beko have such an easy, natural energy with each other. Whether they were wrapped up in a big laugh or simply holding hands and walking in step, you could feel how grounded and in sync they are.

The light got softer and softer, casting that dreamy golden glow over everything. We ended the session on the bluff as the sky turned dusty pink and blue, the perfect way to wrap up a shoot that felt equal parts peaceful and joyful.
